“I learned to think”

A woman sent us the following message to say how her life changed after she talked to Miracle Connect’s follow-up office:

“I have a feeling I would like to share with you if you allow me to.

The most beautiful thing I learned through talking with you is knowing how to think; You can see it as a simple thing, but it made a huge difference to me.

I found this quote on a Facebook page, and the question was: “Why do God allow pain and distress?” I used to think that my hardships and trials were pressure from God, which if I didn’t repent and walk in righteousness, I would suffer. This made me so upset with God. I wished this controlling God didn’t exist.

Now, everything is different for me. This has changed how I see everything in life. Now I know that God is good and faithful and that His nature is good and that he never intents to hurt me or upset me. I no longer blame Him or hate Him for the things that happened to me.

This is how I feel, and I wanted to share it with you so we can rejoice together. By God’s grace you are the reason I learned to think and understand these things that have changed my life.”
