Thousands of Muslims came to Christ in 2012

As previously reported, Miracle Channel had a record breaking year with a significant increase in the responses from viewers in the Arab world in 2012. As the final numbers came in last week, they showed that Miracle Channel received a total of 211,164 responses in 2012 which is an increase of 32 percent in responses from 2011.

Miracle Channel is also pleased to report that our YouTube Channel had 246, 330views and that Miracle Channel got 57,145 new Facebook friends on their Arabic Facebook pages for different programs.-We are very humbled by these reports and we frankly feel like the boy with five loaves and two fish. We are only a small player in a big field, yet we are a tool that God uses to feed the people in the Arab world who are hungry for truth, says a spokesperson for Miracle Channel.

He believes that the cutting edge live programs, inviting our Muslim audience to interact on air and via social media, are important to this development, but is quick to add that it is hard to pinpoint any single factor that explains the large numbers of viewers contacting the channel. We currently receive between 13 thousand to 18 thousand responses every single month. People in the Arab world are restless and looking for change. As many of them already have a strong desire to know God, they are using television and the social media to find information that has been denied them for centuries.

The response result by region in 2012 is as following:
28,302 responses from North Africa, 51,240 from the Middle East, 72,522 fromEurope and 51,536 from the Gulf countries. At least 75 percent of the respondents come from Arab Muslims.

Man from Saudi Arabia:
“He calls often and we keep in contact with him. He accepted Jesus as his personal savior in 2007 and has now begun to become open about his beliefs. He is originally from Yemen, but he works with gold. He will be baptized as soon as possible. He is trying to strengthen his beliefs via the internet, but he is very afraid of being caught.”

From Algeria:
