I trust Jesus to transform my life.
March 11, 2024“Yes, this is the genuine God.”
April 8, 2024As we step into the second quarter of 2024, Miracle Connect is excited to share one of our renewed ministry goals: building meaningful connections with the local Church in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), where possible, while fostering collaboration with the global church.
In the midst of the region’s hardships, deaths, struggles, and chaos, the call to bring hope becomes even more imperative. Our vision is to witness the Body of Christ working together in the most desperate parts of the world, orchestrating a symphony of love, compassion, and transformation.
Read more about our vision for this goal, as well as a touching testimony from a young woman from Morocco who found renewed hope after being told that our God does not seek to test us or bring us suffering.
Miracle Connect and the Church
Local MENA churches stand as guardians of the faith, steadfastly preserving the light of Christ in the face of adversity. Recognizing the importance of fellowship in sustaining the faith, Miracle Connect aims to strengthen these connections.
Moreover, we aspire to bridge the gap between the struggles of the underground Church in the MENA and the global Church, fostering a deeper understanding among those who may be unaware of the challenges faced by our brothers and sisters in the region.
One great milestone reached by Miracle Connect in 2023 was of our digital Bible which saw incredible traction. More than 60,000 downloads from viewers hungry for the transformative power of God’s Word – many of whom do not have access to a local church or the possibility of fellowship.
“Yes, this is the genuine God.”
“My name is Fatima, I am 23 years old and I am from Morocco. I had some challenging physical issues, and as a result, I was suffering psychologically. At that moment, I came upon the Miracle Connect North Africa page.
The counselor said that Christ had gone through agony and suffering in order to offer spiritual and physical healing to me and everyone else who believes in Jesus. She emphasized that He is the only one who can make a difference in my life. I had a bad attitude towards God and religion at that time because my former religion believed that God afflicts his worshippers with sicknesses and tragedies to test their faith.
I found out that this is not present in Christian thought at all, and that God is not the root, cause or source of evil. On the contrary, He chose to come down from heaven for the sake of his tremendous love and die for all men. ‘Yes, this is the genuine God,’ I said, especially when the counselor clarified that our relationship with God is not a master-slave one. The counselor prayed with me, and I accepted Christ as my Savior, and I felt comfort, peace, and reassurance in my heart. I will do whatever it takes to uphold my faith.”
Prayers for the MENA
Join us in prayer for the Church in the MENA:
Pray for unity in the Body of Christ: Seek God’s blessing on the vision to witness the Body of Christ working together in the most desperate parts of the world. Pray for unity, love, and collaboration among believers, transcending geographical boundaries for the common goal of bringing hope and transformation.
Pray for local MENA churches: Ask for God’s strength and protection for local MENA churches that stand as guardians of the faith. Pray for increased fellowship and spiritual support within these congregations.
Pray for continued impact through the digital Bible: Give thanks for the milestone of more than 60,000 downloads of the digital Bible in 2023. Pray that this tool continues to reach those without access to a local church or fellowship, bringing transformative power and spiritual growth.
