Lost his sight but gained his family

One of Miracle Channel’s television viewers who had accepted Christ continued to stay in touch with our follow-up office. Last month Ahmed* called to tell us what had happened to him.

“I felt sad because my sight gradually got so bad that I couldn’t read the Bible anymore. But I discovered that the weakness was for the glory of God. Because of it, I asked my daughter to read the Bible to me, and she was asking me to explain to her the scriptures.

After a while, she accepted Jesus as her Savior. My wife noticed the change that happened to her daughter after she became a follower of Christ.  She was listening to us when we were reading the Bible and when we were listening to the programs on Miracle Channel.

My wife began asking about Jesus until she accepted Him as her Savior.  I thank the Lord for the weakness of my vision. I lost my sight, but I gained my family for Christ.”
