Mido from Egypt: The sanctity of marriage bonds in Christianity led me to accept Christ!

My name is Mido from Egypt, I am 30 years old. There were significant disputes between me and my wife that prevented us from continuing our lives together, so I divorced her. I previously understood that there is no divorce in Christianity. According to Christian teachings, the wife greatly respects her husband. So, I wanted to learn more about Christianity and the sanctity of marriage bonds. This is where I began my journey to learn a variety of facts like: the nature of God the Holy, the human soul, and how it is inclined to do evil. The counsellor then went on to explain how Christ was crucified to give me new life. So, I decided to surrender my life to Him. I prayed to accept Him as my Savior. I wish I could have known Jesus a long time ago, as I regret every moment, I was away from Him.
