Mai from Egypt: The Virgin Mary is not God’s wife!

My name is Mai from Cairo, I am 24 years old. I came across Wingie’s page by accident. Those in charge of the page treated me with kindness, respecting my feelings and keeping them contained. This touched my heart because I’ve always considered myself unworthy of love and care. I used to be an offensive person. That is why I was perplexed by how they demonstrated their love and tenderness to an offended person like me. Actually, I was drawn to the type of love I received from these people. As a result, the opportunity to ask about the Christian faith presented itself. The most astonishing fact is that Christians do not worship three gods or the virgin Mary, God’s wife. They then proceeded to show me how the incarnation occurred through the miraculous birth of Jesus. They told me about the cross, salvation, and resurrection. After a while, I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. Now that I am part of a discipleship group studying God’s word, I am getting to know Jesus better.
