Christianity is different

Amina and I have never in my life been happy. There have been numerous challenges in my life, and I have always felt alone—that I have no one on my side.

One day, I decided to call Miracle Connect and heard about God’s unconditional love. They told me the story of creation through to salvation; God intervening to save us.

I lost touch with the team for about a year. Then I had issues with my neighbor—bullying and harassing me. He is a religious leader in my community and tried to use his power and influence to force me from my home.

This incident made me see that Christianity is different to the religion of my culture. When I realized this, I got back in touch with Miracle Connect and shared my struggles with them. They told me that God feels my sorrow and sees what has been happening to me.

The counsellor explained the message of the gospel and I was thrilled to hear it. I accepted Jesus as my Savior and have welcomed Him into my life.
