Amira from Tunisia: In the cross, I found comfort. And in Christ, I found my assurance!

My name is Amira, from Tunisia, I am thirty years old. I’ve been feeling stuck as a result of the injustice I’ve experienced in my life. I felt as if all of the world’s doors were shut in my face. I prayed a lot to God, but I couldn’t get an answer to my cries. Even though I assumed he did not care about rescuing those who are suffering in their lives, he does not see them at all.

When things continue to worsen, I recall the voice that spoke to me five years ago. I began to receive God’s allusion to be converted to another belief. And I had the impression that the genuine God would listen to me once I figured out who he is. I’ve known that Jesus was capable of healing the sick, raising the dead, and comforting the tired.

Through the page of “Miracle,” I knew Jesus Christ, who came to bear man’s sin, redeem them, and give them free liberty in Jesus. I knew that God sent His only begotten Son to live among (sinners), yet without a sin He was. He did so to save me from eternal perish. He did so to protect my life and maintain my eternal relationship with Him. I accepted Jesus to rule over my heart, and since then, joy has overflowed in my life.
