Talking about Jesus

Years ago, we couldn’t have imagined the shape our ministry would take because of social media. We were widely sharing God’s message of hope and redemption, but the conversation was, for the most part, one sided. The idea of talking about Jesus, one-on-one, with thousands of individuals seemed but a dream.

But this is exactly what we are doing today: we’re reaching and connecting with thousands of men and women who are hungry to know more about our faith and unafraid to ask questions. Praise the Lord!

Changed for the better

‘The meaningful programs of Miracle Connect have changed my life for the better,’ writes Ahmed* from Egypt.

He had been a long-standing follower of our ministry before getting in touch to thank us for our ‘meaningful, appealing, and engaging content.’

‘When I reached out to one of the team members,’ says Ahmed, ‘he greeted me with kindness, love, and appreciation.’

Ahmed was told about the love of Jesus Christ and His sacrifice on the cross. He communicated with our team for many months.

In the meantime, one of Ahmed’s friends gave him a Bible, which he read with great interest.

‘The more I read it,’ shares Ahmed, ‘the more curious and eager I became to learn more about it. Then I decided to follow Christ, inviting Him into my life and into my heart.’

In his own words, Ahmed says he ‘overloaded’ us with questions about the Christian faith and nature of God. Each response came with verses from Scripture so Ahmed could test it for himself.

Ahmed is currently one of 367 who are studying the Bible with us online. Give thanks for the love and joy with which he follows our Savior.

We thank God for the many opportunities presented to us today through social media. It has brought us closer to our audience than ever before and has made it possible for people to ask deep and meaningful questions in a safe environment.

People trust us with their worries and cares, and we’re happy to listen. This authentic love and friendship leads people to find Jesus for themselves.
