Nadim, 21, from Algeria

I was raised in a very religious family. I always had doubts, but I tried to ignore these, perhaps because I was afraid of confrontation or because I felt I had no choice.

One day, while I was browsing the internet, an ad from Miracle Connect popped up inviting me to find out more about Christ. There was an Algerian WhatsApp number at the end of the ad and I wondered if there could be Christians in Algeria.

I made contact, and after many conversations and warm discussions, I was thoroughly convinced by what they told me about Jesus. I found the peace I have always desired and offered my life to Jesus. Then I began the wonderful journey of discipleship, which lasted nearly ten months. After this, I felt ready to be baptized, so I met with the team to do this.

This whole journey has been so exciting! Now I share my faith with others, declaring Jesus joyfully, without hesitation.
