Who can satisfy the heart?

My name is Abdel Hamid, I’m from Egypt. People around me have always seen me as a religious person, and my son is a sheikh. I come from a lineage that traces back to Muhammad. Yet despite all this, I felt a deep emptiness inside and had many questions about salvation and forgiveness.

One day, I visited “North Africa” page, and a minister explained to me the meaning of salvation—that it comes through faith, not through works. I was afraid to pray publicly to accept Christ, but the minister helped me understand that what matters is that the prayer comes from the heart. So I began to pray, and I felt peace.

I’ve also had dreams of Christ, especially during times of sadness, as if He was saying to me, “I am with you.” Today, I live with Christ and thank Him for forgiving my sins and giving me a new life.
