What is the meaning of my life?

My name is Sherif, from Egypt, and I am 40 years old. I am married and have children. I would always ask myself, “does God really exist?”, and “if He does exist, why doesn’t He hear people’s prayers?” These questions and others swirled around inside me without answers, until I found an ad online that said, “What is the meaning of my life?” So I clicked on it and discovered a Christian site. I had read in the past that Jesus is the Savior of the world and that He hears prayers, but I didn’t understand how that could be true. Someone on the page talked with me about the love of Jesus, why we were created, and how I could be in relationship with Him. This man prayed with me, that God would reveal to me the true path, and in time I came to believe that Jesus is God incarnate, come for my sake, and gives me victory in His resurrection. Now I enjoy God’s love and nearness.
